Shipping policy

High Prints packs and ships orders in-house. Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address.

Pre-order items are produced after the stated pre-order window closes, then packed and shipped when production is complete. Check the product page or drop announcement for any stated shipping estimate.

We’ll send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Carrier delivery times are estimates.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered—or within the time required by law if no time was stated—we’ll contact you about the delay and offer cancellation and a refund as required. For order questions or an address correction, email jonahstewart@supamoto.shop with your order number as soon as possible.
